Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm that neither the bidder nor its management, supervisory or administrative body members, nor any person authorised to represent, decide for, or control the bidder, has been finally convicted within the last five years for the listed exclusion grounds, or that any exclusion period in the judgment has already expired. The notice includes at least criminal organisation participation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering, child labour and human trafficking, as well as the related self-cleaning option where applicable. The bidder must demonstrate previous experience: for supply contracts, a list of at least 2 contracts for the sale of goods or provision of services matching the contracting authority’s specified characteristics, completed within the 36 months before the start of the procurement, is required. The list must include at least the contract value, dates and the other contracting parties; the contracting authority may also take older contracts into account. This requirement applies to lots 1–8.
