Compliance requirements
The machine-readable notice included standard exclusion grounds, including participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud and other mandatory exclusion grounds under the procurement rules. The bidder or its managers may need to confirm that none of these grounds apply and, where allowed, that self-cleaning measures have been taken. The exact list and any detailed confirmations must be checked in the official tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
