Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm the mandatory exclusion grounds listed in the tender documents, including participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour and other forms of human trafficking, and the other standard exclusion grounds set out in the ESPD. The bidder must be registered with the competent authority in its country of establishment as a food business operator in accordance with applicable law and must provide a confirmation and, if needed, a public register reference.
