The bidder must describe the team in a way that shows how the development and delivery of the training will be ensured. The required documents are the trainer’s CV, proof of the trainer’s education and the completed training programme form. If the bid is a joint bid, a joint-bidders’ power of attorney must be included. The bid must comply with the tender documents, and where necessary equivalence must be explained and supporting evidence of equivalence must be attached.
