Creation of an exhibition in the old substation of the Mining Museum with adaptation of the premises

The bidder or its representative must not have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour or other forms of human trafficking. If such a ground exists, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where permitted. Subcontractors subject to replacement under Section 122(7) of the Estonian Public Procurement Act may not be used in performance of the contract. In a joint bid, an authorised representative must be appointed. The bidder must confirm compliance with the tender documents and that the bid does not contain protected trade secrets in prohibited areas.

The bidder must have at least one properly completed project or contract for creating a complete exhibition or display solution within the 60 months before the start of the procurement. The reference must cover production and installation of exhibition elements and related construction, repair or installation works. The bidder must be able to prove that the work was carried out properly. The bid must comply with the tender documents, and where relevant, documents proving equivalence must be submitted. If the bidder relies on a subcontractor or another company’s resources, the relevant declarations and the ESPD must be provided; for experience, the subcontractor must confirm that it will personally perform the part of the contract relied on.
