Compliance requirements

The bidder must also confirm that it does not use a subcontractor who would have to be replaced under the Public Procurement Act. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must have a key person who organises construction, installation and commissioning works. The key person must hold at least a Level 6 construction manager qualification with specialisation in general construction, or an equivalent qualification. If the bidder relies on the experience of another person, a tender document for that person must also be submitted. For the lots covered by this requirement, the bidder must have completed at least 2 previous projects involving the construction of playgrounds or recreation areas within the 60 months before the start of the procurement. The machine-readable notice did not include any more precise qualification requirements; these must be checked in the tender documents.
