Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm the mandatory exclusion grounds in the tender documents, including convictions related to participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour and other forms of human trafficking, terrorist offences, and other listed criminal grounds. The bidder must also confirm that it will not use a subcontractor that would have to be replaced under the relevant law. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may need to show self-cleaning measures where allowed. The machine-readable notice did not include the full precise list, so the official tender documents must be checked.
