Ordering a study on the forecast of upper secondary school students and the optimal upper secondary school network for 2030–2050

The bidder and its management body members must not have been finally convicted in the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences or other exclusion grounds listed in the tender documents. The bidder must also confirm, where applicable, that its place of residence or establishment is not in the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus, and provide self-cleaning explanations if relevant. The notice also includes a confirmation that the offered goods are not subject to international sanctions; however, for this service procurement the tender documents should be followed according to the subject matter.

The bidder must have completed at least two contracts in the 36 months before the start of the procurement, where the subject was a nationwide education and/or social sector study. The bidder must provide the contract values, dates and the other contracting parties in the ESPD. The bid must also include the study plan and methodology based on Annex 1, as well as the team members list (Annex 3), the CV form for the study team members (Annex 4) and the price breakdown (Annex 5).
