Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm the mandatory exclusion grounds related to criminal organisation participation, corruption, fraud, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour and other forms of human trafficking, and terrorist offences. If any of these grounds apply, the bidder may need to show self-cleaning measures where allowed by the procurement documents or applicable law. The machine-readable notice did not include the full list of exclusion grounds, so the official tender documents must be checked.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have completed at least 2 road surfacing contracts during the 60 months before the start of the procurement, with each contract having a surfacing portion worth at least EUR 50,000. For public procurements, the bidder must provide the procurement reference numbers. The machine-readable notice did not include any other precise selection or suitability criteria; these must be checked in the tender documents. The bidder must also have the required business register registration for construction and the road subcategory, as stated in the compliance requirements, but the exact wording should be verified in the official tender documents if needed.
