Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm that it has no tax debt, or that any tax debt has been deferred. The bidder must also confirm that neither the bidder nor its representative has been convicted of an offence related to economic activity, and that the bidder is not bankrupt, in liquidation, or subject to bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder’s economic and financial standing must allow proper and timely performance of the contract. The bidder must have successfully completed at least two similar construction works in the last 5 years, covering building construction or reconstruction of the same scale, including underground concrete structures. The bidder must provide descriptions of at least two works, including the project name and location, contract value, scope of work and completion time. For the works, there must be a responsible specialist, such as a site manager, with appropriate qualifications or a professional certificate, if available, and previous experience managing similar building construction works. The person performing the construction works must have competence in accordance with the Building Code.
