The bidder must provide the contract conclusion and performance dates, value, a short description of the work performed, and the other party’s details; in a public procurement, also the reference number. The contracting authority may request proof of proper performance. The bidder’s team must include a designer and a design project manager. The designer must be an authorised water supply and sewerage engineer, level 8, specialising in external water supply and sewerage, with competencies in construction design and/or design management. For the responsible specialists, the bidder must provide at least the first and last name, personal identification code or date of birth, professional qualification, and experience details. If the qualification was obtained in another country, a certificate from the competent authority confirming equivalence must be provided. The bid price must be submitted according to the required table structure. If the bid is submitted jointly, a authorised representative must be appointed and the joint bidders’ power of attorney must be attached. The bidder must confirm that the bid complies with the tender documents and, where necessary, include explanations and evidence of equivalence.
