For each specialist, the bidder must submit details of professional qualification and prior experience, including the project name, client, pipeline diameter and length, and the time of project performance. If the qualification was obtained in a foreign country, a certificate issued by the competent authority confirming the equivalence of the qualification must be submitted. The machine-readable notice did not include any more precise requirements; they must be checked in the tender documents.
