The bidder must confirm that neither the bidder nor its management, administrative or supervisory body members, procurators or other persons authorised to represent it have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, or offences related to a terrorist act or terrorist activity. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must submit a list of at least 3 service contracts that meet the contracting authority’s requirements and were completed within the last 36 months before the start of the procurement. Comparable experience is entrepreneurship group training lasting at least 50 academic hours in classroom instruction. For each contract, the bidder must provide the value, dates and the other contracting parties. The compliance requirements also include a power of attorney for joint bidders, if the bid is joint, marking and justification of trade secrets, confirmations that the bid complies with the tender requirements, and a training plan and trainer confirmations in line with the technical specification.
