Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm the mandatory exclusion grounds listed in the tender documents, including criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering and terrorist financing, as well as any other exclusion grounds set out in the procurement documents. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may have to provide evidence of self-cleaning, if allowed by the procurement documents or applicable law.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have at least 1 similar construction contract completed within the last 60 months. A similar contract means road or parking area construction on at least 100 m2, including excavation and installation of base layers. For the contract, the bidder must provide the object name, address, size in m2, work period, client details and, if applicable, the procurement reference number if the contract is available in the RHR system. The work must have been performed properly and in accordance with good practice. The bid must also include the completed quantity table and, where relevant, the joint bidders' power of attorney. The machine-readable notice did not include precise compliance requirements; they must be checked in the official tender documents. The bidder must also confirm the bid complies with the tender documents and, if applicable, that equivalent solutions are documented with evidence.
