The price offer must be submitted in the structure required by the contracting authority. The technical description of the offered equipment must show compliance with all requirements in the technical specification. The bidder must also submit the battery cell manufacturer’s data sheet, the CE certificate for the offered storage system, and the delivery time in months from the conclusion of the sales contract.
