The bidder must confirm the mandatory exclusion grounds in the tender documents, including convictions related to participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour and other forms of human trafficking, terrorist offences, and other exclusion grounds listed in the ESPD/tender documents. If requested, the successful bidder must provide a certificate or equivalent documents; if the system is not certified, an internal quality management system description must be submitted.
