Tender detail
The tender concerns the software modernisation of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Formations of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in order to enable flexible API administration of electronic information exchanges. The bidder must submit an offer in line with the technical requirements and the draft contract, and must confirm offer compliance, the presence of a joint bid power of attorney where applicable, the handling of trade secrets, the absence of sanctions-related issues, and, where relevant, subcontractor and equivalence confirmations. The qualification requirements also include a total turnover of at least EUR 120,000 for the last three financial years and at least 2 similar contracts completed within the last 36 months, each lasting at least 4 months and worth at least EUR 60,000. The team must include a project manager, software developer, technical documentation developer and QA engineer, and each team member must have an IT degree or an equivalent IT certificate.
