Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm the standard exclusion grounds, including convictions for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour and other forms of human trafficking, terrorist offences, and related serious offences. The bidder must also confirm that it is not using prohibited subcontractors or suppliers under the EU sanctions rules described in the tender documents. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may be asked to provide evidence of self-cleaning, where allowed by the tender documents or law.

The bidder must demonstrate at least one properly performed construction or reconstruction contract in a natural watercourse and its riparian areas within the 60 months preceding the start of the procurement. The contract must relate either to the construction or reconstruction of a dam, artificial rapid or weir, or to the construction or reconstruction of a fish pass.
