Right to use an IT solution and rental of cash register devices for organising social transport services

The bidder must confirm the standard exclusion grounds in the ESPD. These include final convictions within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering or terrorist financing, as well as other exclusion grounds listed in the tender documents. The bidder must also confirm whether self-cleaning measures have been taken where applicable. The machine-readable notice did not include all exclusion grounds in full; they must be checked in the official tender documents.

The bidder must prove technical and professional capability. Within the three years before the start of the procurement, the bidder must have completed at least 2 contracts for creating or developing ticketing IT solutions. Each contract must have had a value of at least EUR 20,000 excluding VAT, and the created or developed IT solution must have been handed over to the client. The bidder must also have completed at least 1 contract for selling or renting ticketing cash register devices within the same three-year period, and under that contract the bidder must have sold or rented at least 7 ticketing cash register devices. The bidder must provide the relevant information in the ESPD.
