Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm that none of the exclusion grounds listed in Section 95(1)(1)–(5) of the Public Procurement Act apply. If necessary, a foreign bidder must provide certificates from the competent authority of its country of establishment or equivalent documents confirming the absence of those circumstances. The bidder must also confirm whether any residence- or establishment-based participation restriction imposed by the contracting authority applies to it.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have completed at least 3 similar contracts within the 36 months preceding the start of the procurement procedure. The contracting authority considers contracts for the repair and maintenance of special-purpose equipment to be similar. The total value of those contracts must be at least EUR 120,000 excluding VAT. The bidder must submit in the public procurement register a list of completed contracts from the last 36 months, including their value, signing dates and details of the other contracting parties, including the client representative’s contact details and, in procurement cases, the reference numbers. As compliance requirements, the bidder must confirm that the tender complies with the procurement documents, that the tender price is submitted in the required structure, that equivalence has been explained where necessary and supporting evidence has been added, that the works and replaced spare parts are covered by a warranty of at least 12 months, and that sufficient spare parts are kept in stock to ensure fast repair work, including repair parts and spare parts for hydraulics, braking systems, electronics and other simpler assemblies.
