Compliance requirements
The machine-readable notice included exclusion grounds related to criminal organisation, corruption, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour and other forms of human trafficking, terrorism-related offences, fraud, and other mandatory exclusion grounds under the procurement rules. The bidder or its management, administrative or supervisory body members, authorised representatives and, where relevant, subcontractors must not fall under these grounds. If an exclusion ground exists, the bidder may be allowed to provide evidence of self-cleaning where the procurement documents permit it.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must be registered in the relevant professional or business register and must hold a licence for electrical works. The bidder’s total annual turnover for each of the last three completed financial years must be at least EUR 150,000. For works experience, the contracting authority may require a list of major similar construction contracts completed within the last 60 months and evidence that the works were performed properly. The tender must comply with the procurement documents, and where relevant the bidder must provide proof of equivalence and the required subcontractor forms and data.
