The compliance conditions also include a sanctions-related declaration: the bidder confirms that it will not use subcontractors or suppliers accounting for more than 10% of the contract value if they are Russian nationals, residents, entities established in the Russian Federation, entities more than 50% owned by them, or their representatives/agents acting on their instructions.
