Compliance requirements

The bidder must confirm that neither it nor its management, administrative or supervisory body members, procurators or other persons with authority to represent it have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud or any other exclusion ground listed in the tender documents. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where permitted. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must submit at least 1 contract related to environmental testing equipment that was completed within the 36 months preceding the start of the procurement. Completed means that the equipment was delivered to and accepted by the customer. The bidder must provide the buyer’s name and contact details, a description of the contract subject matter and the contract performance period. As compliance requirements, the bid must include the manufacturer and model and all technical parameters. The bidder must confirm that the offered device is new, complies with the technical specification, enables testing according to standards EVS-EN 60068-2-6:2008, EVS-EN 60068-2-64:2008 and ECSS-E-ST-10-03C:2022 or equivalent, is suitable for a cleanroom environment of ISO Class 8, has CE marking by handover at the latest, and that before contract signature the full system description, specifications, installation requirements, maintenance plan and other required information will be provided. The bidder must also confirm a warranty of at least 1 year, weekday technical support by email and phone during the warranty period, and that the total price includes transport, delivery, customs and other taxes, on-site installation, testing and initial training. In the case of a joint bid, a power of attorney and ESPDs for all joint bidders must be submitted.
