Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must prove previous experience with at least 2 completed service contracts that match the contracting authority’s specified characteristics and were performed within the 36 months before the start of the procurement. The bidder must provide a description of the contracts, their value, dates and the other contracting parties. A public contracting authority may also take into account experience older than 36 months if this helps ensure sufficient competition. This requirement applies to lots 1–5.
