Summary
The tender concerns the design and construction of a silo store. The bidder must take into account significant turnover, experience, qualification and environmental management system requirements, and must provide the required confirmations and evidence. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have annual net turnover in the construction sector of at least EUR 5,000,000 in each of the three financial years preceding the tender. The bidder must have experience of building at least two monolithic concrete silo stores within the last 36 months, and at least one of them must have a wall height of at least 3.5 metres and a minimum two-bay layout. The bidder must have experience of designing at least two monolithic concrete silo stores within the last 60 months, and at least one of them must have a wall height of at least 3.5 metres and a minimum two-bay layout. The project manager must hold a valid Level 7 certified construction engineer qualification, or an equivalent professional qualification, and have experience in carrying out construction works for at least two monolithic concrete silo stores within the last 36 months; at least one silo store must have a wall height of 3.5 metres. The design works project manager must hold a valid Level 7 certified construction engineer qualification, or an equivalent professional qualification, and have experience in designing the structures of at least two monolithic concrete silo stores within the last 36 months; at least one silo store must have a wall height of 3.5 metres and a capacity of at least 2 bays. The site manager must hold a valid Level 6 certified construction engineer qualification, or an equivalent professional qualification, and have experience in carrying out construction works for at least two monolithic concrete silo stores within the last 36 months; at least one silo store must have a wall height of 3.5 metres. A water and sewerage engineer with a Level 6 qualification, or equivalent, must be involved in the design of the special parts. The bidder must have an implemented environmental management system in the construction sector that meets at least the requirements of EVS-EN ISO 14001 or equivalent conditions. Where proof is required for any reference, qualification or certificate, the relevant document must be submitted with the tender.
