Compliance requirements
The tender documents include the standard exclusion grounds based on final convictions, including participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour and other forms of human trafficking, terrorism-related offences, and other grounds under the procurement rules. The bidder must answer the exclusion questions and, where applicable, may provide evidence of self-cleaning. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have at least one properly and timely completed bridge construction or reconstruction contract from the last 60 months. Under that contract, a bridge comparable to the subject of this tender in technical complexity and main parameters must have been built or reconstructed. The bidder must provide a description of the reference work, total value, its own scope of responsibility, the period, and the client and contact details. Registration in the commercial register is required, and the contracting authority may request proof of registration. For performance of the contract, the bidder must involve a construction project manager who has at least a Level 7 certified road engineer qualification with specialisation in bridge construction and maintenance, or the competence of a construction manager.
