The bidder must confirm the standard exclusion grounds, including that neither the bidder nor its management, administrative or supervisory body members, nor persons authorised to represent, decide on behalf of, or control the bidder, have been finally convicted within the last five years for offences such as participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour or other forms of human trafficking, unless the exclusion period has expired.
