Compliance requirements

The bidder must confirm that neither it nor its management, administrative or supervisory body members, procurators or other authorised representatives have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences or offences related to terrorist activity, money laundering or terrorist financing. If any exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures, where permitted. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder’s total annual turnover for each of the last three completed financial years before the start of the procurement (2023, 2024 and 2025) must be at least EUR 100,000 per year. In addition, the bidder must have performed at least one sales contract for monolithic concrete works together with design services during the last three financial years, with a value of at least EUR 100,000. Information on the contract value, dates and other contracting parties must be provided. The bid must comply with the requirements in the procurement documents, and equivalent evidence must be attached where necessary. The bid price must be submitted in the required structure, and in the case of a joint bid, a joint-bidder authorisation must be attached. If any requirement is specified in more detail in the tender documents, it must be checked there.
