Participation requirements

Tender requirements are available in the official tender documents.

Compliance requirements

The bidder must confirm that neither it nor the members of its management or supervisory bodies have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, or any other exclusion ground listed in the ESPD. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where this is allowed. The machine-readable notice did not fully set out all exclusion grounds; the remaining grounds must be checked in the tender documents.

Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must have at least one maintenance technician employed by, or otherwise working for, the bidder under a contractual basis, who has received manufacturer training for servicing and repairing all Olympus endoscope washers and drying cabinets covered by the tender. If one person does not cover all devices, the requirement must be met by several qualified technicians so that each device has at least one manufacturer-trained maintenance technician. The tender must be submitted in line with the technical requirements, and the manufacturer’s maintenance plans for the devices must be provided. In the case of a joint tender, a power of attorney for the joint bidders must also be submitted. The machine-readable notice did not include any other precise qualification or compliance requirements; these must be checked in the tender documents.
