Furniture procurement for Tallinna Lepatriinu Kindergarten

The bidder must confirm that neither the bidder nor the members of its management, administrative or supervisory bodies, procurators or other persons authorised to represent it have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, money laundering, terrorist financing, child labour or other forms of human trafficking. If any exclusion ground applies, information on self-cleaning measures must be provided where permitted. For subcontractors, a European Single Procurement Document must be submitted at contract performance stage and it must be confirmed that they have no exclusion grounds listed in section 95(1)(1) to 95(1)(5) of the Estonian Public Procurement Act.

The bidder must have completed at least one furniture and interior furnishing supply contract similar to the subject of the procurement within the 36 months before the start of the procurement. Each reference contract must have a value of at least EUR 50,000 excluding VAT. A similar contract means the sale of furniture and interior furnishings together with delivery and installation. The tender documents also require the bidder to submit the required proof of qualification and to confirm that the tender complies with the tender documents. If the documents require any certificates, registrations, experience references or other evidence, they must be provided with the tender.
