Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm the mandatory exclusion grounds in the tender documents, including criminal organisation, corruption, fraud and other listed offences. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may provide evidence of self-cleaning measures where allowed. The machine-readable notice did not include the full list of exclusion grounds; the exact grounds must be checked in the tender documents.
