Compliance requirements

The bidder must confirm the mandatory exclusion grounds in the tender documents, including criminal organisation, corruption, fraud and other listed offences. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must have completed at least two asphalt field construction contracts correctly and in accordance with good construction practice within the 60 months before the start of the procurement. The project manager must be named and must hold at least Road Engineer level 6 or an equivalent professional qualification for managing construction activities. If the qualification cannot be verified in a public database, a copy of the supporting document must be submitted. The bid must comply with all requirements in the technical specification, and it must show compliance with the technical requirements as well as unit prices and the total price. Form 1, 'Application for participation', must be submitted with the bid. In a joint bid, a power of attorney for the joint bidders must be attached. If the contract will be signed by an authorised representative, a power of attorney for signing the contract must also be included.
