Expansion of cattle barn and construction of manure storage facility

The bidder must not have outstanding state tax debt, or payment of the tax debt must be deferred. The bidder must not be subject to bankruptcy, restructuring or liquidation proceedings. The bidder must not have materially breached contract terms in the performance of previous contracts. The bidder must comply with environmental and waste management requirements during the works and must have the rights, competence and registrations needed to perform construction works. The notice also requires confirmations regarding non-involvement of a subcontractor subject to replacement grounds and that the offered goods are not subject to international sanctions.

The bidder must have previous experience in similar construction works and must provide a free-form proof of having built two similar buildings within the last 36 months in the scope of the tender. If additional evidence or documents are required, they must be submitted in the form set out in the tender documents. The bidder must also submit the completed PRIA bid form / quantity table, keep the required structure unchanged, and confirm compliance with the tender documents and equivalence requirements where relevant.
