Purchase of a fishing vessel crane

The crane must meet the requirements set out in the tender. The bidder must submit the crane technical specification. The bidder must also confirm that the bid complies with the tender documents and, where necessary, explain equivalence and attach evidence of equivalence. The contracting authority also applies an EU sanctions requirement: subcontractors and suppliers accounting for more than 10% of the contract value must not be Russian citizens, residents, or entities established in the Russian Federation, nor persons or entities owned or controlled by them or acting on their instructions.

The bidder must have at least 5 years of experience in the field of ship hydraulics. The bid must include the crane technical specification and a list of completed works. The bid must also confirm compliance with the tender documents and, where relevant, provide evidence of equivalence. In addition, the bidder must confirm that subcontractors and suppliers accounting for more than 10% of the contract value are not Russian citizens, residents, or entities established in the Russian Federation, and are not owned or controlled by such persons or entities.
