Custom learning interventions

Summary

The tender concerns custom learning interventions: the contractor must analyse, design, develop, organise, deliver and evaluate learning programmes for different target groups within Rijkswaterstaat. The procurement is a framework agreement intended to be concluded with three to four contractors. The total scope is estimated at 20 subsequent orders. Bids must be submitted electronically, and e-invoicing or an electronic process is required.
