Substructure works and external works for the new MKÜ building

Summary

The tender concerns substructure works and external works in two construction phases. The first phase covers demolition of existing external areas, soil replacement, ground adjustment, relocation and new installation of utility lines, construction of an underground fire-water cistern, and preparation of the foundation level for the new building. The second phase continues drainage and utility works and includes the construction of traffic areas, kerbs, social areas, a bicycle shelter and a waste area. The scope also includes waste handling, self-monitoring of the works and ongoing construction documentation.
