For compliance, the bidder must submit a product and service compliance table, manufacturer specifications for the printer and accessories, confirmation of sales representation rights in Estonia, confirmation from the manufacturer or partner for repair and maintenance rights, a manufacturer warranty confirmation, proof of compliance with the RoHS directive, and a manufacturer document describing accessibility solutions. All offered main and additional products and services must be entered in the e-catalogue by the deadline, and the successful bidder must enter the full descriptions within five working days after both parties sign the framework agreement.
