The bidder must confirm the standard exclusion grounds, including convictions for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud and terrorist offences, and must provide the required declarations and evidence if applicable. The machine-readable notice did not include the full list of precise exclusion grounds; they must be checked in the official tender documents. Self-cleaning may be possible where the notice or tender documents allow it.

The bidder must have a valid professional liability insurance policy, or equivalent, for at least EUR 1,600,000, or the ability to obtain such insurance. The bid must confirm the existence of the insurance or the possibility to obtain it. The bid must also provide details of the airport or other repair location where the aircraft will be transported, including the country, city, organisation and distance from the contracting authority’s location. If any further qualification or compliance requirements are set out in the tender documents, they must be checked there.
