The bidder must confirm the mandatory exclusion grounds listed in the tender documents, including criminal organisation, corruption, fraud and the other standard exclusion grounds. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may need to explain self-cleaning measures and provide supporting evidence. The bidder must demonstrate the ability to install at least three food kiosks at different contracting authority locations across Estonia. The bid must include the service description on the form provided by the contracting authority and at least two sample products for each main category with the maximum price set for the contract period. The completed bid submission form must be attached, and the total amount generated in the yellow field must be entered in the public procurement register price form. If the bid is submitted jointly, a power of attorney for the joint bidders must be attached. The bidder must also confirm that the bid complies with the procurement documents, that any equivalence has been explained and supporting evidence attached, and that the offered goods are not subject to international sanctions and do not originate from sanctioned areas.
