Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must demonstrate financial and technical capacity. Turnover: the net turnover for each of the last three completed financial years must be at least EUR 900,000. Technical experience: during the last 36 months, the bidder must have completed at least 2 development contracts in the field of language technology services, and each contract must have a value of at least EUR 200,000 excluding VAT. Qualifying contracts are contracts or development projects under which language-technology IT solutions were developed, adapted or implemented, for example machine translation systems or language-technology-based services.
