The bidder must confirm the mandatory exclusion grounds in the tender documents, including no final conviction in the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation or corruption. The bidder must also confirm that it and its representatives have not committed corrupt acts in this procurement. If relevant, the bidder must provide the names and personal identification codes of persons who may represent or control the bidder but are not entered in the business register, so that the contracting authority can check the exclusion grounds.
