The bidder must confirm acceptance of the payment schedule: a 30% advance payment after contract conclusion, 60% before delivery, and 10% after full performance and acceptance of the works. The payment term on each invoice must be at least 14 calendar days. The bidder must also accept the contractual penalty terms, the response time and onsite technical support terms, and the site verification and compatibility requirement. In case of a fault, remote assistance must be provided within 1 working day and, if needed, a technician must be sent onsite within 5 working days. The warranty must last at least 12 months from acceptance of the works and must be provided without a separate maintenance contract.
