Compliance requirements

Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder’s net turnover in market research and public opinion polling for each of the last two financial years completed by the start of the procurement must be at least EUR 300,000 per year. The bidder must have carried out at least three survey studies during the 36 months before the start of the procurement, each worth at least EUR 10,000 excluding VAT. A list of those studies must be submitted, including their value, dates and the other contracting parties. CVs are also required for the survey coordinator, sampling specialist, data processor and fieldwork coordinator.
