The bidder must confirm the mandatory exclusion grounds, including no final conviction in the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour or other forms of human trafficking, and the other statutory exclusion grounds set out in the tender documents.
