Marine dynamics monitoring system

Summary

The tender concerns the procurement and deployment of a marine dynamics monitoring system. The procurement is divided into lots, and bids may be submitted for up to 3 lots; a contract may also be awarded to one bidder for up to 3 lots. The bidder must submit a bid that complies with the technical specification, identify the manufacturer and model, and provide the manufacturer’s technical data sheet and/or user manual. Participation requirements

Tender requirements are available in the official tender documents.

Compliance requirements

The tender documents include the standard exclusion grounds, especially convictions related to participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud and other mandatory grounds under the Public Procurement Act. The bidder must confirm whether any such ground applies and, if relevant, provide the conviction date, reason, the person convicted, the exclusion period, and any self-cleaning measures. The notice also requires confirmation that the bidder can provide proof of tax and social security payments. If precise exclusion details are not fully visible in the machine-readable notice, they must be checked in the official tender documents.

Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The machine-readable notice did not include precise qualification, suitability or financial requirements; these must be checked in the tender documents. The selected documents mainly show that the bid must comply with the technical specification and that the bidder must provide the manufacturer’s technical data sheet and/or user manual as evidence. If the bidder relies on equivalence, this must be explained and supporting evidence must be attached. In the case of a joint bid, an authorised representative must be named. If persons with authority to represent the bidder are not visible from the business register, their names and personal identification code or date of birth must be provided. The bid must be unconditional and comply with all requirements set out in the tender documents. The machine-readable notice did not include precise qualification or financial thresholds; these must be checked in the official tender documents.
