Compliance requirements

The bidder must confirm the standard exclusion grounds, including that neither the bidder nor members of its management bodies have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption or other similar offences. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where permitted. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must have professional liability insurance. For Lot 1, the insured amount must be at least EUR 150,000, and for Lot 2 at least EUR 40,000. The bidder must confirm the existence and amount of the insurance in the ESPD and, upon request, provide a copy of the policy or other suitable evidence. As regards technical capacity, the bidder must provide a list of service contracts that meet the contracting authority’s specified characteristics and were performed within the 36 months preceding the start of the procurement; a public contracting authority may also take older experience into account.
