Compliance requirements

The bidder must have properly performed at least three contracts in the 60 months before the start of the procurement that are similar to the subject of the tender. The contracting authority considers the relevant similar field to be the manufacture and installation of switchgear, with a section main protection of at least 800 A. For each contract, the bidder must provide the contract conclusion and performance dates, the value, a short description of the work performed, and the other contracting party’s details (client name, email address and telephone number). In a public procurement, the reference number must also be shown. The contracting authority may request proof of proper performance and may contact the other contracting party for additional information. If the bidder relies on the resources of another undertaking to meet the qualification conditions, the corresponding consent must be submitted.
