Compliance requirements
The bidder must not be subject to the exclusion grounds set out in Section 95(1)(1)–(5) and Section 95(4)(12) of the Public Procurement Act. The bidder must confirm the absence of these grounds in the register. If there are authorised persons in the company who are not visible to the contracting authority in the commercial register, their name and personal identification code must be provided, or a confirmation that no such persons exist.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
Within the 36 months before the start of the procurement, the bidder must have completed at least 2 contracts for the supply and installation of gates and/or barriers, each worth at least EUR 30,000 excluding VAT. The gates and/or barriers must have been delivered, installed, put into operation, handed over to the client and accepted by the client. A list of contracts on Appendix 4 must be submitted, including the contract subject, period, value and details of the other contracting party. If the bidder relies on another company’s references, Appendix 5 consent must be provided; in a joint tender, Appendix 6 information on the size and nature of each joint bidder’s share must be submitted where relevant.
