The bidder must confirm that neither it nor its management, representation or supervisory body members have been convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, or other exclusion grounds listed in the tender documents. If an exclusion ground exists, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where permitted. The bidder must also, if necessary, provide the names and personal identification numbers of persons who are not visible in the commercial register and who are authorised to represent, decide for, or control the company, or confirm that no such persons exist. The machine-readable notice did not include the full list of exclusion grounds; the official tender documents must be checked.

The bidder must have performed at least two playground basic design contracts within the last 36 months. In both contracts, the designed playground area must have been at least 1,700 m2. The bidder must provide the contract description, the dates of conclusion and performance, the contract value, and the details of the other contracting party. If requested by the contracting authority, additional explanations, data or documents must be submitted within 5 working days. The bid must comply with the conditions set out in the tender documents and technical specification, and the bidder must confirm that it has the registrations and competences required to provide the service. After contract award, the contracting authority may request the list of team members and their professional certificates, and if necessary supporting documents.
