Purchase of a crawler excavator

The machine-readable notice includes exclusion grounds related to tax arrears and insolvency proceedings. The bidder’s average turnover for the three financial years 2023–2025 must be at least EUR 540,000 per year. If the bidder is not an Estonian company, it must submit signed copies of its annual accounts or similar documents to prove this. The bidder must have at least 3 years of experience in the production and/or supply of construction or earthmoving machinery, including crawler excavators, and in supporting commissioning, during the 36 months before the publication of the tender. To meet the technical requirements, the bidder must submit the HD2 Annex 1 table of compliance with the technical requirements. If the bid is joint, a authorised representative must be appointed and, if necessary, a joint-bidder power of attorney must be attached. The bidder must also confirm that the bid complies with the tender documents, that no conditional bid is submitted, that equivalence has been explained where needed, and that the technical data, delivery schedule and warranty terms are provided in the required form.
