The bidder must confirm that neither it nor its management, administrative or supervisory body members, nor persons with representation powers, have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering, child labour, human trafficking, or any other exclusion ground stated in the notice. For transport, large collective packaging must be used; if individual packaging is needed, it must be made of 100% recycled material or be biodegradable. The price form must be submitted so that the unit price of each clothing item is stated and the total price matches the amount submitted in the register.
