Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm the mandatory exclusion grounds in the tender documents, including criminal organisation, corruption and fraud. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may need to explain any self-cleaning measures and indicate whether supporting evidence is electronically available. The machine-readable notice did not include the full list of exclusion grounds, so the official tender documents must be checked.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must involve a responsible specialist with at least 5 years of experience in ventilation cleaning and ventilation maintenance work. The specialist must also have experience with similar work on at least three buildings with a closed net area of over 1,000 m². The responsible specialist’s details must be submitted on the CV form (Annex 3). The bid price must be submitted according to the structure set out in the worksheet “Award criteria and evaluated indicators”, and Annex 4, the price form, must also be completed. The bidder must provide the required contact person details and confirm that the bid complies with the conditions set out in the tender documents. If this is a joint bid, a power of attorney from the joint bidders must be attached. The machine-readable notice did not include any more precise qualification or compliance requirements; these must be checked in the tender documents.
